Can I make the tea in my Keurig / coffee maker?

No. Coffee makers push water through the filter too quickly and won't allow for actual "steeping" of the leaves.

Do I boil the tea leaves?

No. Bring water to temperature and then steep tea leaves. Water from your coffee maker is actually right around the perfect temp for steeping!

How quickly will I get my tea after ordering?

Orders are typically in the mail within two business days!

What if I have allergies?

All ingredients are listed in the teas' description and on their labels.

Which teas can I make ICED?

Any of them! You just double the amount of tea you would typically use, and steep in half the water. Still steep for recommended time and temperature, then pour over ice.

What is your return policy?

Teas are non-refundable as they are a food item. If you receive a damaged tea steeper, it is returnable/exchangeable within 14 days of purchase. Please send me an email so I can take care of you :)
